A warm welcome
in the Apart ban Voltas!

Our apartment “ban Voltas” was newly built in 2018. It is located in Umhausen in the Neudorf district, Dreschgasse 11. The holiday apartment is approx. 600m from the town center and approx. 300m from the nearest bus stop. The apartment is in a very sunny and quiet location.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and is barrier-free. The holiday apartment consists of a bedroom which is furnished with a double room, a flat screen TV and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is in the living-dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel dryer and a hairdryer. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, an egg cooker and a dishwasher. The dining area is suitable for 6 people.

A bread delivery service is also available upon request.Other facilities include a ski storage space in front of the door.

There are two free parking spaces available on site. In summer, garden furniture is available in front of the accommodation.

Various supermarkets are approx. 600m away from the accommodation. The nearest guest houses are approx. 400m away. There are also various attractions in the immediate vicinity (1.4km), such as the Ötzi village, the bird of prey park, the swimming lake and the Stuibenfall. In winter it is also possible to use the ski bus free of charge.
